How do I cancel or reschedule an appointment?

To cancel or reschedule your appointment, you may either login to your GlossGenius account and do so yourself, text, or call us. Review our policies page for more information.

Should I schedule my appointment before or after Botox/Fillers?

We recommend waiting 2 weeks after Botox or filler injections before receiving a facial treatment to avoid the product from spreading or being shifted. You can receive a facial treatment 2 weeks before injections.

I am a new client - what appointment should I book for?

All first time clients must schedule any of the “New Client” consult and treatments - we will always customize the treatment on what is best for your skin after a professional skin analysis. If you are not ready for a treatment or unsure where to start feel free to schedule a consultation (without treatment) under the “Consultation” option.

Do chemical peels hurt?
 

Some people feel absolutely nothing, while some feel a slight tingling sensation during the peel, but it fades within seconds. After the peel, you should have zero discomfort other than occasional “tightness” with facial movements.

When should I schedule my appointment?

Tinting: Every 4-6 weeks, or 5 days before a major event.

Chemical Peels: Once a month for no more than 5 consecutive months, or 14 days before a major event.

Lash Lifts: Every 6-8 weeks, or 3 days before a major event.

Facials: 1-2 times a month, or one week before a major event.

Does microneedling hurt?
 

While everyone experiences pain differently, most of our clients feel very mild discomfort. The majority of the time it is describe as a vibration or electric toothbrush being passed over your skin. You may experience discomfort or slight tingling in the 24-48 hours after treatment.

Can I shop in person for products?

If you are an existing client please schedule a “Product Pick Up” appointment spot which is for 15 minutes. When I am in a treatment I am unable to leave the room for product purchases so please be sure to schedule an appointment.

Is my credit card charged when I use it to book online?

No! Your credit card simply holds your space and is only charged at checkout.

How does shipping work?

Please allow up to 3 business days for orders to be processed. Once the order has been processed you will receive a notification from the system and a tracking number will become available. Orders are processed via Priority Mail but please allow another 3-4 business days to receive your order depending on your location.

What is the difference between shopping our website and the Glymed Plus and Colorescience online portal/sites?

You may either shop directly through our store which ships from us, or from our authorized partner links (such as Skinbetter, Colorescience & Glymed Plus). We earn commission from our authorized links so you are still supporting our business! The difference is simply where it is sent from.
